The Film
Four generations, one question: how do you live together after the unspeakable?
KUBANA means « living together » in Kinyarwanda. Thirty years after the genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi, the film asks Rwanda the question of coexistence - through a historian born in 1933, researchers and artists, women whose bodies haven’t forgotten, and a former perpetrator of the genocide speaking to his son for the first time.
